Fertility and IVF Support Built Around Your Endometriosis or Adenomyosis

Fertility support for women with endometriosis and adenomyosis who need a plan that looks at inflammation, immune function and gut health alongside their IVF.

You've eaten clean, taken the supplements, tracked every cycle, stopped drinking alcohol and coffee, read every thread in the IVF Facebook group and  got a perfectly graded embryo…

Maybe you're deep into IVF, maybe you're still trying naturally and starting to wonder if something's actually wrong. Either way, you've done the things you were told to do, and you're still not pregnant.

Nobody's told you why. Or worse, you've been told everything's normal.

Why Endo and Adeno Need a Different Approach

Endometriosis and adenomyosis affect more than your pelvis.

Both are linked with inflammation and immune changes that can affect egg quality, your uterine lining and implantation.

That’s why the fertility and IVF support I offer in Adelaide and via telehealth starts with your diagnosis.

Surgery can remove lesions, but the inflammation doesn’t always go with them. In my clinical experience, women with endo or adeno have often been through several cycles before anyone checked their inflammatory markers, immune function, gut health or uterine microbiome.

That’s where I start, and I work alongside your fertility clinic.

The Steps We Take Together To Improve Your Chances

Everything I do sits inside the Fertility Foundation Framework.
We test, we do not guess. This is what moves the needle.

Investigate

We start with your full history and the tests that often get missed with endo and adeno, like inflammatory markers, immune function, gut health and the uterine microbiome. I’ll only suggest what’s relevant to you.

Build your plan

Your plan comes from what we find. It might include acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition and supplements, plus guidance on what to ask your fertility clinic, all working alongside your Reproductive Specialist.

Retest and adjust

Nothing in the body stays still, so your plan can’t either. We retest to check it’s working and adjust as your body changes.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Every option is built for women with endo or adeno, from first questions to IVF support

What to ask your clinic for, what to test, and how to walk into your next cycle informed instead of guessing.

Hi lovely, I’m Cathryn

A Midwife and Acupuncturist, and a qualified Naturopath with over 30 years in health, focusing on fertility, IVF support and women's health.

Before I ever ran a clinic, I was a nurse with my own gut and period problems, and I got nowhere with doctors. “Pain’s normal, just lose some weight and you’ll be right.” My friends used to call me the sickest healthiest person they knew. I didn’t understand that myself until years of digging into my own health finally gave me answers.

I still hear that same line from the women who come to see me, so I know how it feels to be told everything’s normal when you can feel that it isn’t.

That’s why I look deeper. I’ve spent 30 years in health and 20 running my own clinic in Glenelg North. I bring together naturopathy, fertility acupuncture and my midwifery background to work with women who have endo or adeno and want real answers.

Part of why I do this is for the next generation. I’d love the daughters of the women I see to learn this early, so they don’t spend years being told their pain is normal.

I write about the things I talk through with women in clinic: the tests worth asking your fertility clinic about, and what your results actually mean when you have endo or adeno. It’s real information you can use, whether you ever work with me or not.
